ATP monitors test for Adenosine Triphosphate which is stored energy found in every cell. While viruses do not contain cells, the removal of biofilms and cellular activity on all surfaces assures our disinfectants can properly kill the viruses.

• Disinfection and sanitization actually begin with thorough cleaning. Pathogens such as viruses and bacteria thrive in dirty environments, so effective disinfection or sanitization can’t occur unless surfaces are free of dust, dirt and grime.
• Sanitizing kills up to 99.9% of germs/pathogens reducing the risk of infection.
• Disinfecting is a step above sanitizing, killing up to 99.9999% of germs/pathogens on nonporous surfaces to reduce the risk of infection even further.

• Our disinfection process involves  disinfecting high touch areas in your facility.
• According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the first step in the disinfection process is cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust and debris.

We use a hands-on application process, recommended by the CDC. This method gives more control over how much product is applied to help ensure it is effective.

• The products we use are on the EPA’s List N — the list of products that meet their criteria for use against emerging pathogens including SARSCoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
• Our teams use the recommended personal protective equipment (PPE), abide by the directions on the product label and follow the proper hand hygiene protocols.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) currently doesn’t recommend a fogging method. Current fogging application methods being employed by other companies are imprecise and therefore unreliable.
